Boss

About this episode

Boss is a podcast based around working practices pre and post Pandemic. It's a controversial topic that will need students to focus on expressing themselves in English as a second language. In this podcast, I want to discuss how the world has transformed and adapted to new working practices—the relationship between management and employee and notable changes. Traditionally, there was some team dynamic built on a physical office presence. However, this has changed somewhat over the last few years, with more and more organisations embracing a work-from-home practice.
