All-NBA Predictions: Jokic or Embiid? Zi...

About this episode

On today's episode, Jason and Producer Rob G make their definitive All-NBA selections for the 2021 season. The NBA threw a monkey wrench into the whole thing by allowing several players to be listed at multiple positions, including: Nikola Jokic, Joel Embiid, Kawhi Leonard, Luka Doncic and Paul George. What's more, with so many superstars missing large chunks of the season - LeBron James, Kevin Durant, James Harden, Anthony Davis, Kawhi and Embiid - it's hard not to count it against them. Needless to say, things got really weird really quickly once Jason and Rob G unveiled their All-NBA First Team selections. If Jokic and Embiid are both First Teamers, would that naturally result in an undeserving center getting bumped up to Third Team? Should Zion's assault on the stat sheet be enough to help voters overlook the fact that he plays for the most disappointing team in the League? Will the fact that LeBron James missed one-third of the season cost him the MVP and an All-NBA team selection? Is Kawhi or PG the Clippers player who deserves the most credit for the team's success? The Phoenix Suns and Utah Jazz have been the best two teams in the West all season, but do either one deserve to have two All-NBA players? Is it possible that the Brooklyn Nets would get shut out completely? The guys answer and debate all of these questions - and so much more!
