Taking in criticism positively and being able to filter it is an important life skill.You will be criticised, at some point in your life. These criticism can be difficult to accept – but that all depends on your reaction. Either you use criticism in a positive way to improve, or in a negative way that can lower your self-esteem and cause stress, anger or even aggression.The key thing to remember is that whatever the circumstance is, don't respond in anger.
