#789: No way out with Abdullah Zeinab

InnerFight
About this episode

This guy is the real deal! We are all motivated by something different. When Abdullah Zeinab was part of a camera crew filming an edition of Australia's continent crossing  Pacific Wheel Race bike race it was the ability of the riders to remain so relaxed during this brutal endeavor, that's what he wanted in his life.

Since then Abduallah has completed some mind blowing feats in the sport of ultra cycling. In this show he talks to us about peeling layers of his life back through ultra cycling to gain a deeper understanding of himself. He explains the importance of spending time with his own mind as well as the concept of putting himself in situations where there is no way out but to keep going.

Enjoy the show!
