One day, a ghost appears in Jesse's toy room and asks if he can play with Jesse. The two have a fun time racing Hot Wheels cars, and the ghost tells Jesse that he turns into a regular person at night. The next morning, Jesse finds an extra bowl of cereal at the table and his parents question him about it. The ghost reappears in the toy room and asks Jesse to join him in going down a secret slide in the castle and playing in a ball pit outside. When they reach the ball pit, the ghost turns into a boy who looks just like Jesse and is wearing his clothing. The ghost then pushes Jesse into the ball pit and pretends to be Jesse, sneaking into the castle and fooling Jesse's parents. Jesse eventually escapes from the ball pit and confronts the ghost, who admits that he is actually a prince from a different kingdom who has been turned into a ghost.
