BARACK OBUTTA - Good O-Hot Pockets

The Black Effect and iHeartPodcasts
About this episode

This week on Eating While Broke, Coline sits down for some Hot Pockets with Barack Obutta, originating from South Central LA. Having been deeply entrenched in sports all his life and later employed as a production worker before becoming a public transportation driver; it's through this journey that he discovered his passion for movement and the transformative power of running with 'Keep It Run Hundred', a run club which started out in Manhattan Beach & Culver City and has since grown exponentially among the local community who have found solace within its core mission - to help others break free from their restrictive physical boundaries they never thought were possible. Uniting fathers everywhere, Obutta also initiated WROK (We Raise Out Kids), providing regular events designed to facilitate closer paternal connections between dads and their children.
