PodcastOne
About this episode

Patrick Brady is a criminologist and university professor who studies stalking behavior and its impact on victims.

We discuss some cases he's worked on, types of technology used by stalkers, common stalking behaviors, and how the justice system responds to stalking. Along with his research, he has conducted interviews with officers, prosecutors, advocates, and survivors to understand the crime of stalking thoroughly. Patrick highlights why it's often difficult to prosecute a stalking case and how we can work with law enforcement to hold stalkers accountable.
