Joel explains why opt-outs are not as big of a problem as people think, and provides solutions as to how Bowl Season can improve in the future. Joel presents some of his ideas on how to fix bowl season, including playing the national championship game at the Rose Bowl each year and giving the players a share of the bowl game revenue.
