Project Leadership Institute (Agile Coaching Certificate)

The project leadership institute agile coaching course introduces project managers and professionals to the concept of coaching in an agile environment. The course combines foundational, agnostic coaching concepts from Maxwell Leadership (John Maxwell Team) and real-world agile coaching lessons backed up by solid examples, case studies and stories from world-class Agile Transformational coach Roy Schilling. The course will focus on coaching as a skill from an agnostic perspective combined with a deep and heightened agile sense of awareness. The course will introduce the concept of liberating questions, awareness-inducing concepts and tools to help you guide and lead an agile team towards their true-north.

Agile coaching involves a series of intentional conversations that empower teams and individuals to gain clarity and embody their calling. It is the art of influence that underpins leadership in the 21st century.

One of the primary differences between Agile coaching and consulting or mentoring is that coaching draws out answers from within a person, whereas consulting and mentoring often involve putting in.
