In this episode we look at the TWO-STEP process that allows you to keep small talk going - helping you avoid awkward silences and inappropriate questions.  In addition, we lay out a number of phrases to practice that will help you out in ANY small talk or networking scenario.

==============

The TWO-STEP Process is:

1.  Identify an acceptable topic from your audiences speech or valid 'shared experience'.

2.  Combine it with one of the 6 'w' words in order to form an OPEN QUESTION.
