It’s National Pizza Month and we’re celebrating with the Lebanese pizzaiolo, Marc Nissan! His Neapolitan dough recipe is perhaps the most authentic one you will find in town, with quality ingredients imported from the Campania region of southwestern Italy and cooked to perfection in a wood-fired oven at his house in Mazraat Yachoua.
