The Wicked Witch of the APL: Pamela's To...

Carleigh J. M.
About this episode

Pamela gets a job at a non-profit animal protective league in 2002. She loved her job and the people she worked with. After 15 years of great leadership and a positive workplace, new management is hired and morale quickly plummeted. The once happy organization became miserable and toxic under her management. The board members were under the spell of the executive director and the people working within the organization lost their voice in any decision making. Turnover surged and Pamela became a target and a scapegoat of which the executive director used to escape accountability which in turn created a highly toxic workplace.
