While stopping a dangerous gunman is first priority, it can sometimes end all chances for that man to stand trial for the crimes he committed. On November 9th 1971 a man was born who would commit a massacre in his neighborhood that ended in a police shootout. Because of this, he was never brought to justice for killing 8 during the shooting and, if his accomplice is right, other murders he may have commited beforehand.
