The New Teacher Success Network is developing a membership site for beginning teachers to help them improve their teaching performance, increase retention, and promote professional and personal well-being by providing its members with resources, coaching, mentoring, and community. Currently, we are developing our site and offerings to include a video resource library supporting professional development and growth in classroom management, developing a professional reputation, relationships with students and colleagues, lesson plan design and delivery, and assessment and universal screening.
