Ladder Down is a national year-long program that provides direct training and career development through a combination of coaches, sponsors, and participants to empower women lawyers in three critical areas: leadership, business development, and mentoring.
In today’s episode, I’m talking with Kelley Barnett who founded the Cleveland chapter of Ladder Down and is the current chair. Kelley and I became friends through this podcast as she was one of my very first listeners. From day one, I have seen first hand that Kelley practices what she preaches and that is to uplift other women in our field. I so appreciate that about her.
