In this episode Brian is joined by Texas AM Baseball Coach Jim Schlossnagle.  


Coach Schloss lead TCU to the NCAA College World Series in 2010, 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017 and in year one at Texas AM in 2021.  


He orchestrated one of the biggest turn arounds in college baseball history at Texas AM as the Aggies were picked to finish 13th out of 13 in the SEC and they finished 2nd in the SEC, won the West which put 4 teams in Omaha and finished 3rd in the Nation.


The 8x Conference Coach of The Year and 2016 NCAA National Coach of The Year has been investing into mental performance coaching since 2006.
