Listen in for a discussion of how to increase and sustain employee engagement.

Key Lessons:
1) Evaluate the last 3 months of the activities you have been engaged in at work and ask yourself, “what has brought me a spark?” Make a list of these things and chat with your supervisor about how you might engage in more of these activities.
2) Engaging in activities that bring you purpose will help you sustain employee engagement.
3) “The single most important thing that can keep workers deeply and happily engaged on the job is moving forward on work they care about – even if the progress is an ‘incremental’ small win.’ “– Dr. Teresa Amabile
