Escuchamos la ópera de uno de los compositores más grandes de todos los tiempos: Puccini. Con esta pieza pasó de un día para otro a convertirse en el sucesor de Verdi. Massenet ya había puesto música a esta historia pero Puccini la llevó a la italiana. Un relato que trata los atormentados amores del caballero des Grieux y la bella Manon.

Para hablar de la magia de esta historia contamos con Mauro Armiño, traductor de clásicos de la literatura francesa, entre otros de Manon Lescaut. Ainhoa Arteta ha interpretado a Manon y a muchos de los personajes de Puccini en numerosas ocasiones, de la ópera y del compositor nos habla la soprano española.
