In this classic Poirot mystery Hastings and Poirot are asked to clear up a very unusual settlement in which the sole heir, a young woman, is challenged by her now deceased grandfather to find a will in which she will receive all his fortune. If she does not find it- it all goes to charity. In his eyes, he was testing her to see if she was deserving of it....does she pass the test?
