The panel discusses how Trump sought to delay the FBI and the Intelligence Community in obtaining those documents by claiming executive privilege, why Trump’s legal team would leak this letter, and if it further implicates the former president in a potential crime.
The polls close in New York where the chairs of two powerful House Committees, Rep Jerrold Nadler and Rep Carolyn Maloney are dueling for one Congressional seat, with CNN projecting a Nadler win.
