S1E1: McKinsey & The Coronavirus Crisis

MANAGEMENT CONSULTED
About this episode

Send us a text

How would a McKinsey consultant approach the Coronavirus Crisis? This is a more prescient question than you might expect, as McKinsey is on the frontlines of helping the U.S., Italian, and other governments deal with issues wrought by coronavirus.

In this inaugural episode of Strategy Simplified, we sit down with ex-McKinsey consultant Lisa Bright, who walks us through how McKinsey would approach (and probably is approaching) complicated global challenges presented by COVID-19.

While many people have political or medical points of view, we work to integrate those into a simple strategy. What is the data saying? And what does it tell us about what we should do next?
