It‘s Not You, It‘s Corporate

Jenny Elliott
About this episode

If you think being a woman or working mom in corporate America is hard. If the self promotion, the confidence, and game playing don’t come natural to you. If you’ve been told you need to change yourself to get ahead. If you’re suffering from imposter syndrome..It’s not YOU. It is CORPORATE. YOU are not the problem. Corporate is. Corporate was designed for men by men assuming someone else at home running a household. Not that someone would be doing both!
