Today we are having Part 1 of a conversation called "Confessions of a Jesus Girl" with Minister Yori Garrick. We spoke on some of the struggles and disappointments in our Christian walk and the various "seasons" we encounter on our journey. Yori shared about her overcoming the guilt from being a "side chick" and being "entangled". She advised us that Jesus Girls should not chase after love because if it's God's will then you don't need to chase. She transparently shared her personal experience of what chasing love might look like and the lessons she learned and would advise anyone in their "waiting" season.
