I used to create documents about my vision and what I wanted to build and I would often write down who I was and who I wanted to become. There's no issue with this, in fact I would highly recommend it and we even have our clients start building out their own visions. But if you aren't actively taking action on what you say you want then there's a breach of integrity that we must zero in on. I've gone through it all and I know how hard and challenging this can be.
