The investigation ramps up and the team start to gather serious evidence that they are dealing with a serial killer. His alleged crimes are horrific. He is a drug dealer who uses unqualified staff in his abortion clinic. His chief anesthetist is a 17-year-old high school student - none of his equipment works properly.
