On this month’s episode, Dr. Shari Dade interviews Tiffany Chavis, MSW, LCSW. Tiffany Chavis, MSW, LCSW is a Senior Social Worker and the Suicide Prevention Coordinator at the Durham VAHCS. She works diligently to engage Veterans and their families, VA staff and providers, and community stakeholders in the public health approach to suicide prevention by increasing awareness about whole health and encouraging conversations about reasons to live. In her open time, you can find her reading books like ‘The Other Wes Moore’ by Wes Moore.

In this conversation, Tiffany shares her personal difficulties with balancing care and accountability. She opens up about areas of growth and the missteps that taught her how to engage in this delicate balance as a leader.
