Jesus - Friend and Brother

As Fr. Tom comes close to the end of this series, he explores with us the name of Jesus as Pastor and Bishop. 

Fr. Tom continues his series on the Names of Jesus by exploring two names that we do not usually associate with Christ. 

We affirm as central to the Great Tradition both the divinity and humanity of Jesus, but today Fr. Tom focuses on the humanity of Christ as our Friend and Brother. 

Hebrews 4:14-16, these verses teach us that Jesus is our High Priest, who not only ascended to Heaven, but also understands our struggles. Because of His sacrifice, we can boldly come to God for help and comfort.
