The Way Of... Keira Lani -Tree Communication, Energetic Awareness
Keira Lani has been a lifelong spiritual seeker and energy awareness practitioner. She began her self-guided meditation practice at the age of five. She spent much of her childhood alone in nature, climbing trees in the ‘fairy forest’, writing songs about subjects such as crickets and the wind and practicing yoga.
Her first loves were reading, writing, singing, and theater. Keira has dedicated her adult life to studying esoteric philosophy and healing movement arts including yoga, qigong, tai chi, and belly dance. She discovered in her early twenties that through deep listening she could communicate with trees. Keira is a poet, a performer, and a teacher.
It brings her great joy to share her very personal ‘Practice Self Love’ energy awareness training with others who desire to get in touch with their authentic selves and unearth their true gifts to make a positive impact on the world.
