This week I interview my first State Champ, Justin Miller. We will talk about growing up in Alex City and wrestling at Benjamin Russell. He will then talk about how the sport has changed since he became an official and how it differs in Alaska, where he lives now 

This week, I had the pleasure of interviewing one of my mentors and great friends in the sport of wrestling, Jack Burton. He talks about his experience and gives great advice for athletes and coaches. Enjoy
