Meet the Guests

Shabana Baksh is an attorney specializing in Real Estate law, particularly corporate and commercial real estate transactions. She works for K&L Gates LLP, an international corporate law firm in New York City. She is a co-author of the 50-State Guide to COVID-19 Property Policies and Regulations which offers a summary of state and local policies related to eviction and foreclosure suspensions.

Tendayi Kapfidze is LendingTree’s Chief Economist. He oversees the company’s analysis of the U.S. economy with a focus on housing and mortgage market trends. Kapfidze utilizes data analysis to be a resource for consumers. He provides impactful and actionable insight to help consumers make informed decisions.
