In Episode 9, I am joined with Jacob who both of us have worked in the retail industry in the past. We look back and talk about our general experiences being on the sales/customer service side during the holiday season. We give our thoughts on retail during COVID and how that has changed things. Lastly we speculate what the future of retail could be with the rise of e-commerce, digital, and delivery services. We give our opinions on how all that could change the way we shop or in some cases stay the same.
