How do I Know I am Working With The Righ...

Business Talk Library
About this episode

Your accountant or Finance person is a critical part of your business.  I like to compare him or her to a friend who can see all your failures, your lies, and see you at your most vulnerable.

For that reason, your accountant should be the most trusted person working in your business.

In this episode, Terrell and I cover what you should be looking for in your finance and accounting person as well as 4 questions every entrepreneur or business owner should ask themselves when deciding to hire or fire their accountant in their business.

1) Is this person qualified in accounting and finance? (your grandmother if she is not an accountant does not count)

2) Is this person a professional and experienced or just a number accountant?
