This week he took a closer look at the case of Equality Authority v Portmarnock Golf Club, where in 2004 , the Dublin District Court declared that Portmarnock was a discriminating club and suspended its licence to sell alcohol to its members.

Gavin O Dowd joined Kieran to discuss the case of Giovanni Di Stefano, who was known as the ‘Devil’s Advocate’. He was known for defending anyone, no matter how heinous the crime they had been accused of however, it later turned out he had never been a qualified lawyer.
