Junior World Cyclocross Champion in 1992 Roger Hammond won 8 British National Cyclocross Championships and 2 National Road titles. Drawn to Paris Roubaix he was a consistent finisher in that race with a best placing of third in 2014 ahead of a certain Fabian Cancellara. Now retired from racing, he’s the manager of the Madison Genesis Continental level team and appears as a pundit on the likes of Eurosport.
