We've been speaking a lot about this mindset of setting a small goal for yourself and not stopping until you complete it. This can be as simple as landing a bottle flip, jumping and touching the back board, 100 push ups in a minute, etc. It doesn't matter what it is, as long as it challenges you and you complete it.
