Luis F. Masroua es el Vice Presidente y COO en H.J. Baker. Anteriormente Luis hizo su carrera gerencial en Cargill en las Unidades de negocios de Alimento Animal y Aquacultura. Comenzó desarrollando el Negocio de Alimentos para Mascotas en Venezuela y posteriormente lideró el desarrollo del Negocio de Aquacultura en Centro América. Posteriormente se encargó de la Unidad de Negocios de Alimento Animal para Venezuela. Posteriormente tomo el reto de desarrollar el negocio de Alimento Animal de Cargill en Rusia como Gerente General, y posteriormente Director General del Negocio de Provimi de Cargill en Rusia. Finalmente volvió a Estados Unidos como Líder en la implementación e integración de 5 regiones de Alimentación Animal de Cargill y del Negocio de Nutrición de Cargill. Su carrera profesional la inició en Colgate Palmolive en Venezuela como Gerente de Producto.

Luis F. Masroua is the Vice President and COO at H.J. Baker. Luis previously did his managerial career at Cargill in the Animal Feed and Aquaculture Business Units. He began developing the Pet Food Business in Venezuela and later led the Aquaculture Business Development in Central America. He subsequently took charge of the Animal Feed Business Unit for Venezuela. He subsequently took on the challenge of developing Cargill's Animal Feed business in Russia as General Manager, and later General Manager of Cargill's Provimi Business in Russia. He eventually returned to the United States as a Leader in the implementation and integration of Cargill's 5 Animal Feed regions and Cargill's Nutrition Business. His professional career began at Colgate Palmolive in Venezuela as a Product Manager.
