In this episode we meet Hella Roashan - a bio medical engineer by training and now leader of the competence centre in global quality at the medical device company Coloplast. Hella was born in Afghanistan but has lived in Denmark since the age of ten. Her leadership journey has taken her to distant corners of the world – all in pursuit of a higher purpose – to make life easier for people who are struggling withintimate healthcare needs.
