Lily Baldwin was stalked for over thirteen years by a man who became obsessed with her while she toured as a backup dancer. It started with emails, then calls, notes, and gifts in the mail - until he came to the United States looking for her. Lily hired a legal firm and sent him a cease and desist letter to stop contacting her, but it was ignored. As the stalking continued, Lily was able to get the Manhattan special victims unit involved, but there was little they could do when her stalker left the US. When the stalking escalated, Lily moved to Los Angeles and went into hiding, afraid for her life. Lily fought back and created "Stories of the Stalked," a six-episode true-crime podcast series detailing her stalking experience. She also started a non-profit organization, "Stop Stalking Us" creating awareness and support for stalking victims.
