Mentoring is a hot topic in UX these days. Though it's a hot topic and though many are advised to secure a mentor, many are without knowledge of what mentoring truly is and are in dire needs of insights on the topic. This week, Darren concludes the 2-year anniversary celebration with a new series that addresses this very topic. In this introductory session, he covers a basic definition of mentoring, provides some examples of mentoring similitudes many are familiar with, and shares insights and caveats associated with the benefits of mentoring.
