Many people live by the statement that it takes 21 days to form a new habit. But is this true? Perhaps this explains why it's so hard to form better habits. In today's episode, we look into how long it could actually take to form a new habit. As well as different ways that we can maintain a new habit over a longer period of time. It is easy to create a list of new habits for our lives. However, it is often much more difficult to maintain the new routine or behavior.
