SO, what is confidence?
Maybe it's just being prepared and trusting that you are ready to handle the situation, knowing that failure will not kill you! Failure is a temporary situation and so is fear. Once you face your fears, whether you succeed or not, you will know that you will survive and it will be easier to do it again... whatever it is... that is how you build confidence. And being prepared and facing your fears is how you build confidence in yourself... but a true gift is using encouragement to uplift others and build their confidence.
Someone who feels like they are believed in will believe in themselves... so encourage and uplift those you meet, those you lead, and those you are responsible for. Because great leaders, parents, coworkers, and friends are evident by the confidence they inspire in their people.
