HAPPY ICE - You can't go wrong with Bake...

The Black Effect and iHeartPodcasts
About this episode

We all may know him from the VH1’s Black Ink Crew Compton, but Tattoo artist Lemeir Mitchell has bigger dreams and accomplishments. After growing up on the streets of Philadelphia, he traded violence for Happy Ice: for a successful dessert empire he runs with his wife Danielle in L.A. This multi-colored product has become a “viral sensation” that has “taken Happy Ice to the next level,” Imagine if ice cream sorbet and shaved ice all came together to make one product. It would make Happy Ice. On this episode Lemier shares how his rocky start brought him to tears and lack of sleep at times but Resilience and the support of family helped him keep pushing forward.
