About this episode

This weeks better late than never podcast guest is.........me.
Yup, your super handsome, friendly neighborhood black superhero,  Omar man.
I wanted to do a a quick check-in with everyone on where I am and have been since the pandemic began. Talk about what "normal" has been like thus far.

Join me as I give an update on my tiny home situation, health and workout frustrations and tips, observations in kindness, and my reading list.

Press play and I'll tell you my take on national events we've all been witnessing as well as local heroes I've personally come in contact with. Lastly, I've also included info on how to contact me. Yes, I was told that things I say, they often leave folks with their wanting something to say back to me. Holla at ya boi (well don't really holla cause no one responds well to being yelled at, IJS)

Happy Podcast Saturday.
