Para-triathlete Joshua Landmann joins Fit and Fearless to share his inspirational story of how sport and exercise helped him to overcome a life changing injury.

5 years ago, Josh was left in a wheelchair after an accident in a swimming pool on holiday. But, he says he wouldn’t change his life.

Josh also talks about what it was like to appear on the Ellen DeGeneres show and how he’s hoping to be selected for this Summer’s Paralympics in Tokyo.
