How to answer the "Laid-Off question?"

I offer priceless advice, Because As a former recruiter - I would ask this question to find out if the candidate is going to stick with our company - The key to this question is "Your answer must show commitment to the Job" 

The key to this question is to break it down to 2 parts (work success and something you do outside of work, sports, volunteering or some other positive topic)
