Welcome to The Hustle - a regular series of inspiring interviews with some of the most interesting and influential people in music, media, sport and culture, presented by legendary DJ and Grammy-Award-winning music producer Roger Sanchez.
In this episode, Roger sits down for a virtual chat with the First Lady of Defected Records - Sam Divine. Sam has made the transition from playing records in her mums garden shed, to being a hard house superstar in Ibiza’s West End, to hosting the worlds biggest house music radio show.
Sam tells her story, talks about the struggles she’s faced in the industry, how she’s overcome them, and what the future holds.
