When American parents sent their kids to school today, in the back of their minds must have been the horrors of Tuesday's massacre in Texas that left 19 children and two teachers dead. Eric Holder was US attorney general at the time of the Sandy Hook shooting 10 years ago. Christiane asked him about grappling with this as a father and as America's highest law enforcement official, and why he says America's rule of law all comes back to voting rights.
