While Jason talks about his own affinity for video games, Ayton spending a lot of his free time in the virtual gaming sphere is a much different story. Ayton asked the Suns to deliver on his request of a multimillion dollar deal last summer, but if you’re an organization having to question his work ethic and what he does on his free time, it’s understandable for Phoenix to take some pause on paying their big man. If you’re a real contender in the NBA, Ayton should not be the one you shell out your dough for.
