🌟🎙حلقتنا الجديدة من #بودكاست_باراشوت١٦ مع سيما نجار، وهي أم لثلاثة أطفال ، قامت بتأسيس 3 شركات تحت سن 30 وهي الآن شريكة إدارية في منصة ديزاين، وهي منصة تدعم المصممين في الأردن.

في أكتوبر 2013 ، حصلت سيما على الجائزة المقدمة من كارتييه لمبادرة المرأة لمنطقة الشرق الأوسط عن مشروعها Ekeif.

في عام 2016 ، أطلقت سيما قناتها Mama Sima على يوتيوب حيث تشارك تجربتها كأم بمقاطع فيديو وأغاني ممتعة. حصدت أكثر من 80 مليون مشاهدة ووصلت إلى 500 ألف مشترك.

أطلقت في عام 2019 سلسلة من الألعاب الحسية للأطفال وهي الآن تكتب خمسة كتب أنشطة لجعل اللعب في المنزل أمرًا سهلاً وممتعًا.

تنقلنا سيما إلى مختلف محطات حياتها الشخصية والمهنية؛ من تأثير الأمومة على مسار سيما المهني وموازنتها بين اهتماماتها الشخصية، الأمومة،  ومشروع ماما سيما الى تجربتها مع شركة زين وتعاونهم لتأسيس منصة ديزاين لدعم المصممين وتوفير فرص التشبيك للمصممين.
  

🌟🎙 Meet the inspirational Sima Najjar, a mother of 3, who founded 3 companies under the age of 30 and is now a managing partner at "Dezain Space", a platform that supports designers in Jordan.

In October 2013, Sima was awarded the Cartier Women's Initiative Awards for the Middle East region for her Ekeif project.

In 2016, Sima started her YouTube channel "MamaSima" sharing her experience as a millennium mother with fun videos and songs. It got more than 80 million views and reached 500,000 subscribers.

In 2019 she launched a series of sensory toys for children and now she is writing five activity books to make playing at home easy and fun.
 
Sima takes us to the various stages of her personal and professional life; From the impact of motherhood on Sima's career path and her balance between her interests, motherhood, and the Mama Sima project, to her experience with Zain and their cooperation to establish the Dezain platform to support designers and provide networking opportunities for designers.
