Is Football Too Small? | FIFA and UEFA

MRNM
About this episode

The desire to grow football is a fight between; the poor and the ruling class.

FIFA is a non-profit organization that describes itself as an international governing body of association football, futsal and beach soccer. It is the highest governing body of association football.

The Union of European Football Associations is the administrative body for football, futsal and beach soccer in Europe, as well as Armenia, Israel and the Asian parts of some transcontinental countries. It is one of six continental confederations of world football's governing body FIFA.

Joseph "Sepp" Blatter is a retired Swiss football administrator who served as the eighth President of FIFA from 1998 to 2015. He initially received a six-year ban from participating in FIFA activities, which was later extended by another six years after a probe into massive bonus payments.

Michel François Platini is a French football administrator and former player and manager. As the president of UEFA in 2015 he was banned from involvement in football under FIFA's organisation, over ethics violations. The ban will last until 2023.
